Thank you for choosing Vivre Ballroom. Please review our refund policy below before purchasing classes, packages, private lessons, or event tickets.
1. events

All event ticket purchases are processed through DRT. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for event tickets are subject to DRT's policies and must be requested directly through DRT. Vivre Ballroom is unable to issue refunds for event tickets on DRT's behalf.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Vivre Ballroom, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed through DRT.
2. Classes, Packages & Private Lessons

All purchases of class packages, memberships, and private lessons are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Group class packages

We understand that plans change, and while we do not offer refunds, we're happy to discuss options such as freezing a package or transferring sessions where possible — please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
